Role/ Designation: Head Sales and Operations

Function / Dept: Sales and Operations

Reporting To: Chief Executive Officer

Background: F & B - QSR

Place of Posting : Initially @ Corporate office, Bangalore

Role objective: Responsible to manage the complete gamut of Sales and Operations and competitive advantage to Hatti Foods and Beverages Pvt Ltd in the disciplines of Plan, Procure, Produce and Provide

Key Responsibilities:

Taking charge of the complete Sales and Operations both online and offline, relating to:

- Existing Outlets and New Outlets

- Outdoor Catering

- B2B Opportunities

- Coffee Vending Machines

- Coffee Powder Retail

- Finalising Targets with the concurrence of the Working Board

- Develop and Implement end to end Strategy to achieve the said Targets

- Provide dynamic leadership on the Operational front

- Identify Customer needs and align strategies in line with the same

- Assist in Annual Budget/ Medium term plan

- CAPEX plan

- Operational Expense Budgets

- Manpower Planning for the Outlets

- Operations KPI for cost, quality and time

- Drive and optimize productivity in the operations

- People Development

- Compliance with Legal, Environmental Health and Safety, & Quality standards with relation to operations

- Delivering excellence in customer service

- Driving a continuous improvement to improve operational performance metrics

- Ensuring alignment of multifunctional teams to deliver challenging objectives in a fast paced and dynamic retail environment

- Engaging with, leading and developing people at all levels of the business

- Review the Monthly Sales in line with the review parameters finalized with the Working Board

- Review the Income Statement on monthly basis within the stipulated time and bring in efficiency to increase sales and reduce costs thereby maximizing outlet level profitability

- Take active part in marketing plan for the various business segments for which responsible

- Provide inputs on proposed locations for outlet

- Finalise Loyalty programs in concurrence with Working Board

- Provide inputs for decision making regarding opening and closing/relocation of outlets

Passionate about :

- Achievement of business, financial and balance scorecard goals through great execution

- Be aware of the developments in the Food and Beverage industry and its relevance to Hatti Food and Beverages

Candidate Prerequisite :

- Relevant Management degree and/or with overall 15+ years experience in Food and Beverage industry.

- Proven experience in multi-site operations (ideally food and beverages) with control of large budgets

- Management of the improvement of potentially competing KPIs (service, quality, conversion costs, working capital, overhead costs, customer complaints, etc.)

- Understanding of continuous improvement techniques with application in Operations.

- Experience of managing multiple functions including manufacturing, planning and procurement

- Have an understanding of local legislation for H&S, Environment, Q&FS and employment

- Be commercially astute and strategically aware of business drivers in our industry.
