Role objective: Responsible for managing the financial actions of their company. In charge of tracking cash flow, analyzing strengths/weaknesses in the companys finances and overseeing all aspects of its financial success.


Key Responsibilities:


- Drive the companys financial planning, Budgeting & Forecasting


- Perform risk management by analyzing the organizations liabilities and investments


- Control and evaluate the organizations fundraising plans and capital structure


- Ensure cash flow is appropriate for the organizations operations


- Responsible for Statutory / Taxation / Legal Audits of the unit.


- Strong understanding of Accounts / Finance / Commercial / Taxation / Secretarial and Liasioning.


- General Management experience is essential in managing the entire portfolio.


- Good Inter-personal skills including People Management Skills & Leadership Skills.


- Experience & Exposure of International assignments is desirable for the profile.

- Achievement of business and financial goals through great execution


- Be aware of the developments in the Food and Beverage industry and its relevance to Hatti Food and Beverages


Candidate Prerequisite:


- Must be qualified CA with overall 15+ years experience in Food and Beverage industry.


- Proven experience as CFO, finance officer or relevant role


- In depth knowledge of corporate financial law and risk management practices


- Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods


- Proficient in the use of MS Office and financial management software (e.g., ERP, SAP)


- Ability to strategize and solve problems


- Strong leadership and organizational skills


- Excellent communication and people skills


- An analytical mind, comfortable with numbers
