Role Description:

HashedIn is looking for a passionate Project Manager professional, who can bring the team along, deliver projects successfully and delight the customer.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own and deliver software development projects and deliver success to Hashedin Customers

- Effectively manages Hashedin client expectations through Stakeholder management, Risk management, Planning, scheduling, monitoring, Continuous improvement and nurturing innovation within team

- Taking ownership by building roadmaps according to requirements and creating strategies for contingency planning

- Prioritize and analyze trade offs, communicate clearly and compellingly to influence internally and externally

- Able to independently influence and resolve conflicts with others

- Combine technical and business skills to understand, test, and challenge while working harmoniously with the business and technology owners

- Effectively lead cross-functional internal and external teams

- A trusted advisor for customer

Key Competencies:

- Demonstrated track record of taking ownership and delivering results in a fast paced environment.

- Knowledge of Agile development methodologies

- Requirement gathering and project specification development

- Ability to think both strategically and tactically and to drive execution

- Ability to manage a high volume of tasks and multiple projects

- Confident leader who can prioritize and analyze trade offs

- Outstanding interpersonal skills

Desirables:

- Good understanding of project methodologies for successfully delivering Medium to large sized projects. Exposure to project management methodologies and techniques, and their application in business and technical environments

- Experience working in cross functional groups including design engineers, developers, QA engineers, devops etc.

- Expertise in tracking time, revenue, developing budgets, tracking expenses and margin

- Awareness of new and emerging technologies

- Candidates with IT/CS engineering degree and/or IT work experience are preferred
