1. Experience - 8 - 15 years of experience in developing and executing training and talent development

2. Excited to work on a startup like talent culture

Skills :

1. Strategize, plan and execute talent development program for new and existing employees

2. Training program management and team management skills

3. High energy and passion to build world-class Talent team

4. Expertise in tools required for planning, executing, and managing training

5. Strong communication (Verbal and Writing) and record-keeping skills-

6. Build strong measuring and feedback methods

7. Managing effective orientation for new Employees

8. Manage rewards and certifications

9. Strong collaborative leadership skills

10. Good to have tech exposure required for planning and execution of Training programs on software development. NOT necessary
