About the Job:

HARTEX RUBBER PVT. LTD., a well-established manufacturing company, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Manager Treasury to join our Finance & Accounts team at our Bollaram factory in Hyderabad. This is a critical role responsible for managing all treasury functions, ensuring efficient handling of banking operations, and optimizing our financial resources. We are looking for a proactive individual with a strong understanding of export-import payment processes and a proven track record in treasury management within a manufacturing environment. Responsibilities:

- Banking Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact and coordinate effectively with various banks for all treasury-related activities, including import payments, export realizations, foreign exchange transactions, Pre-Shipment Credit in Foreign Currency (PCFC) and Working Capital Demand Loan (WCDL) adjustments, and the associated documentation.

- Trade Finance Operations: Expertly handle all aspects of international and domestic Letters of Credit (LCs), Bank Guarantees (BGs), Bank Realization Certificates (BRCs), and the preparation/management of Form 15CA/CB certificates.

- Cost Optimization: Diligently analyze bank interest rates, charges, and sanction terms to identify opportunities for cost reduction and optimize overall banking expenses.

- Cash and Investment Management: Manage the company's cash flow effectively, oversee fixed deposit placements and maturities, handle Unhedged Foreign Currency Exposure (UHFC) declarations, and ensure timely compliance with Registrar of Companies (ROC) filings and insurance-related matters.

- Record Keeping and Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date banking Management Information Systems (MIS), perform Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS) regularly, and ensure timely and accurate posting of all bank payment entries in the accounting system.

- Process Improvement: Evaluate and implement relevant banking technologies, digital tools, and new banking products to enhance efficiency, streamline processes, and improve treasury operations.

- Compliance and Documentation: Ensure adherence to all relevant banking regulations, internal policies, and maintain meticulous records of all treasury transactions and documentation.

Qualifications and Experience:

Experience: A minimum of 7 to 10 years of progressive experience in treasury and/or banking operations. Crucially, prior experience working in the treasury department of a manufacturing industry is strictly mandatory. Candidates without this specific manufacturing sector experience will not be considered.

Export-Import Knowledge: Demonstrated working knowledge of export and import payment processes, regulations, and documentation is essential.

Skills:

Technical Skills:

- Proficient in MS-Office suite, particularly Word and Excel.

- Working knowledge of Tally accounting software.

- Familiarity with various banking portals and online banking systems.

Soft Skills:

- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines effectively.

- Highly self-driven and proactive with a strong sense of ownership.

- Strong service-oriented approach with a focus on providing efficient and effective support.

- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with banks and internal stakeholders.

Languages: Fluency in both English and Hindi is mandatory.
