Project Manger ( The job role is only for Female Candidates )

Mission:

- To develop high-quality technical information for The company products and systems to ensure safer operation and maintenance in collaboration with The company global teams

- Continuously improve and be knowledgeable about the latest trends in this field to provide value addition to the deliverables.

- Ensure adherence to the teams KPI and provide a high level of satisfaction and service quality to the customers

Job description:

- Responsible for Managing team supporting Illustrations and spare parts catalogue activities

- Work closely with peer project manager(s) handling similar responsibilities on best practices, knowledge sharing and continuous improvements

- Follow the guidelines and processes and verify that the technical information are in-line with the requirements.

- Ensure execution of tasks in strict compliance with operating procedures and delivery of defect free output on-time

- Interact with customers on regular basis, obtain feedback and implement actions to improve and sustain good customer relations

- Manage and upgrade the team competencies in line with the latest development

- Recruit, coach, mentor and maintain a competent and motivated team.

- Provide continuous feedback to team members and conduct appraisals.

- Develop and implement standard methodologies and best practices. Own and upgrade all the internal processes on continuous basis

- Market the competences and drive the growth

- Interact with customers on regular basis, obtain feedback and implement actions to improve and sustain good customer relations

- Monitor and own the team level metrics and report as required

- Ensure following of The company values, integrity and nurture open culture

- Perform other related duties as assigned by management

- This position will report to Business Line Manager ; CMTEC MRS

Educational / Experience Requirements:

- Bachelor degree in Mechanical / Automobile /other discipline with 10 years minimum of industrial experience in Mining/Earthmoving /Drilling Equipment/off road vehicles.

- Knowledge in ISODRAW ; CAD Process, Adobe tools, CREO and Team Center Knowledge requirements

- Good knowledge of Technical publication methodology and Tools . prepare & release the catalogues and publish them into Docmine

- Problem-solving skills and capability to analyse customer requirements and translate them into actionable tasks

- Good engineering judgment and communication skills. Good people management skills and ability to handle diverse teams

Personality requirements:

- Enthusiastic, able to work well under pressure, attention to details and strong sense of responsibility

- Excellent interpersonal, communication, analytical and organization skills. Self-starter, goal oriented and clear thinking .Team player ; open-minded and flexible
