Position Summary:

We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Sales Manager to join our team in Goa. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality sales, excellent client relationship skills, and a passion for driving business growth. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing key accounts, and ensuring high levels of guest satisfaction and revenue performance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets across rooms, MICE, and F&B segments.

- Identify and build strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, event planners, and tour operators.

- Proactively seek and convert leads from new and existing markets.

- Manage key accounts, conduct sales calls, and organize site inspections.

- Collaborate with the marketing team to design promotional strategies and packages.

- Represent the hotel at trade shows, industry events, and client meetings.

- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and market trends.

- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of competitor hotels and local market dynamics.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, or a related field.

- 3-5 years of experience in sales within the hospitality industry, preferably in a 4 or 5-star hotel.

- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

- Strong network in the Goa hospitality market is preferred.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.

- High level of professionalism, energy, and a can-do attitude.
