We understand learner motivation, engagement and designing and implementation of the post-course journey. - The Senior Manager - Assessment Solutions will be responsible for designing and creation of assessments that are embedded in the course and managing the scoring logic and architecture based on behavioral science hypothesis. Role: 1. Delivery of key client projects with respect to cognitive skills and social and emotional behaviours 2. Connecting with clients to understand their requirements and recommending assessment tools suiting their needs 3. Manage customised assessments creation, assessment analysis process and create scientific documentation to show impact to clients Checklist : 1. Over 6 years of experience exclusively in assessment solutions 2. Experience of working with the client and managing stakeholders directly 3. Ability to design assessment tools and expertise in assessment logic 4. Agility to be able to service clients promptly
