About The Team: Business and Innovation team (B&I) at Harappa is responsible for taking Harappa offerings to the market; build and sustain Harappa clientele; drive learner engagement to fruition; and drive innovation in Harappa products by acting as an active channel between internal teams and external stakeholders. We are looking for an experienced Associate Director, Campus Partnerships to help us empower university students in bridging the gap between formal education and workplace skills. The synoptic expectation of this role is to identify, conceptualize, build, implement and sustain strategic alliances with leading campuses and institutes to achieve our business metrics. Role: Business Development & Sales - Relationship Management - Prospect, develop and close campus partnerships to deliver revenue targets by engaging university stakeholders at all levels including faculty, deans and administrators - Nurture and develop existing partnerships with campuses and initiate upsell opportunities Account Strategy and Execution - Cocreate exclusive product offerings and campaigns for client partners to drive key cross-functional metrics for Harappa - Own day to day relationships with existing partners by being a single point of contact for all incoming queries - Forecast revenue pipeline from partners on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis - Be market ears to product and content teams in order to drive innovation in the Harappa offerings - Align cross-functional stakeholders to deliver all agreed client deliverables within a predefined turnaround time People Management - Lead a highly driven Campus team working towards campus acquisition and relationship sustenance - Keep a close tab on the team's revenue projections in alignment with B&I projections Checklist: - MBA or equivalent masters degree with 6+ years of work experience (preferably in sales management) with demonstrated success in business development and partnerships - Experience in structuring deals and successfully negotiating them with university leadership including deans, provosts, etc of various size - Open to travel on short notice - Prior experience in a similar role (preferably in education) will be an added advantage - Roll up your sleeves- attitude to thrive in a highly dynamic environment
