As the leader of the vertical, you will : - Provide technical, theoretical, and strategic guidance for M&amp;E team activities - Design new processes and strengthen existing processes for quality probes that we conduct - Build and position M&amp;E offerings as a unique selling proposition to internal and external stakeholders - Ensure lessons learned through M&amp;E processes are integrated into project implementation to continuously improve the quality of interventions and outcomes - Aid towards building the vertical as a revenue-generating arm of Haqdarshak - Mentor the team to upskill and develop skills for specialized verticals and cross-selling opportunities like soft selling and research - Oversee capture of project performance data, including early warnings, baseline, and end-line assessments You should - Be excited about working in high growth, impact-driven, social enterprise - Have prior experience of working in M&amp;E teams in leadership positions - Be able to understand business strategies and apply the same to tactics in your own vertical - Be comfortable with data and show the ability to articulate the story behind the data - Have excellent communication skills What we offer : We are a social enterprise and value our people as much as we value the impact we create.
