Associate Program Manager @ Jio Haptik- (Mumbai) Haptik has been a significant player in the chatbot space for the past 7 years and we are continuously innovating and evolving our chat IVAs. We are currently looking for an enthusiastic, self-motivated Lead Analyst to join our Solutions Team in Implementation. The ideal candidate will have some experience managing projects, strong attention to detail, a sense of ownership, a positive attitude, and a willingness to get clients onboarded on the Haptik platform in the Conversational AI space. What will you do every day? You will be guiding clients who are interested in building IVAs on the Haptik platform and onboarding them to enable them for success. You will also be working with PMs and a group of talented developers and QA engineers in delivering solutions of the highest quality and creating engaging user experiences in a specific domain. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Engineering or STEM field - Experience leading projects for 2-3 years for a Saas, information technology or a product based company - Experience managing a small team under direct supervision - Excellent communication - Looking to take up more managerial responsibilities as part of career progression - Extra points for coding skills in Python or doing market research! - Demonstrates initiative, a self-starter with analytical skills, attention to detail, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities - Ability to derive insights from data and build an actionable strategy based on analysis - Basic understanding of how IVAs work. Brownie points for exposure to some chatbot tools! - Passion about conversational AI (especially virtual assistants) a must.
