HappyLocate - Manager - Customer Service (4-8 yrs)
- Design and execute high impact strategic customer experience initiatives spanning across different processes and functions. - independent ownership from conceptualization to execution
- Own and improve the end to end customer experience through a combination of process/policy/product/people initiatives
- Work closely with senior leaders and function heads to execute key projects - Define processes and tightly manage execution timelines
- Publishing daily/Weekly/Monthly reports
Who we are looking for:
- 4+ years of experience in high growth consumer tech startups, ownership of one or more customer touchpoints preferred
- Excellent problem solving and project management skills
- Go getter attitude, ability to lead and drive cross functional projects
- Highly motivated individual with an entrepreneurial drive to excel
- Excellent verbal and written communication with interpersonal skills
- Excellent at excel / Google spreadsheet
