Job Brief: Financial Planning & Analysis

The company is at growth phase where key building blocks are being built. Given the lean & flat organization, the individual will be required to contribute strategically.

Duties & Responsibilities:

- Analyze Happys/Happy's competitors financial performance

- Develop and coordinate the annual planning and periodic forecasting processes and review results against plans monthly including annual budget planning and monthly estimate process

- Generate flash results/highlights for Executive Management reports

- Conduct various ad hoc analyses and strategically address issues that are complementary to the regular Planning and Analysis processes

- Participate in reviews, and prepare investment reports

- Aid with using metrics to evaluate proposed business decisions by doing feasibility analysis

- Execute time critical activities for Financial Planning and Analysis

- Assist in the development of review with material for internal senior leadership

- Has the ability to operate with a limited level of direct supervision.

You Have:

- MBA + 5-7 year of experience in FP&A

- Understanding of regulatory framework/ financial rural/micro products

- Development Sector, FinTech experience preferred
