Roles and Responsibilities;

1. Lead brand strategy, manage brand & content budgets.

2. Plan the yearly brand marketing calendar, & drive communication initiatives across all channels (online + offline) to deliver business growth.

3. Craft GTM strategies & promotional plans for product launches.

4. Defining new brand extension, category extension, line extension to deliver business growth & building operational plans for the same.

5. Overseeing the creative development process for ATL channels from brief to delivery.

6. Lead Influencer/Community Management, Corporate Communications & PR.

7. Lead tactical execution of all merchandising & marketing collaterals to support Marketing team: Product Packaging, Catalog Experience, Marketplace Banners, Website Design & Promotions, Digital Ads(IG/FB/YT), CRM, Organic Social Content(IG/FB/YT/Pinterest/Tik-Tok) etc.

8. Define, monitor & optimize ROI for marketing campaigns.

9. Assess, recruit & manage agencies and external partners: Production Houses, Photographers. Influencer Agencies etc.
