Performance Management Manager
1. Manages all activities related to the performance management cycle and manages all communication, sensitization and monitoring of the process to ensure its effectiveness and relevance to the business.
2. Analyse effectiveness and competitiveness of existing performance programs and model potential impact of alternatives.
3. Establish and maintain linkages between the Performance Management unit and other HR department functions to ensure uniformity in the application of policies and procedures.
4. Design, implement and monitor Performance.
5. Management to enable employees understanding of the goals and to identify how individual inputs contribute to the achievement of objectives, specifically through managing the performance cycle.
6. Manage the Performance management administration and operations.
7. Prepare and present reports detailing the status of Performance Management to key stakeholders so that informed decision may be taken.
8. Drive processes for sharing best practice, tools and ongoing communication activities for performance improvement. In line with this, establish and disseminate guidelines and manuals which will serve as reference documents on staff performance management for appraises as well as appraisers.
9. Develops, implements and maintains Merit based reward and recognition programs intended to optimize employee motivation and performance.
10. Manages and administers the reward and recognition program.
11. Conduct ongoing research into emerging trends, issues and best practices.
12. Conduct periodic audits and prepare reports.
