Who Should Apply? Must Have: - Feel passionately about the mission, see long term value in responsible consumption and be obsessed with consumer experience across touchpoints - media, web, shipping, packaging &amp; in-use - A strong bias for action, willingness to experiment quickly and fail fast Good to Have: - Experience in Digital Marketing with hands-on-keyboard experience in one or more areas among SEO, SEM, social media, display ads, performance marketing &amp; selling via marketplaces - A ring-side view or first-hand experience of brand marketing in the FMCG space Roles &amp; Responsibilities - Deliver top-line aspirations of the team while sequentially improving CAC and brand equity metrics - Build the Business Development &amp; Marketing function ground-up as the business scales - Build a community of evangelists who believe in responsible consumption - via social media presence &amp; influencer campaigns - who will act as advocates of our mission - Work with media agency partners to design &amp; execute SEO, SEM, Social media and Performance Marketing campaigns Remuneration is not a barrier for the right candidate.
