YEARS OF EXPERIENCE : - 2+ years About Fleet Xpress : - Fleet Xpress is an automated expense management solution helping fleet operators go completely cashless and paperless. - With annual transactions of over $500M on the Fleet Xpress platform, we are on a steep growth curve to capture the rapidly growing logistics expense market. Roles and Responsibility : - Establish outreach plans to identify potential territories throughout Hyderabad or Chennai location. - Leading a team of associates to achieve maximum market penetration across the specified territories. - Identifying opportunities to further sales and new areas for development through detailed research of the specific market - Should provide a clear description of our product to the customer - Carry out price negotiations with the customer on behalf of the organization to reach a favorable deal - Work closely with partner entities to ensure effective lead flow and closures. - Meeting sales targets set by management and contributing to team targets. Eligibility : - Minimum 1 year of ground/field sales and experience in similar domain. - Fluent in Tamil (Chennai region) / Telugu (Hyderabad region) - Should have experience in B2B sales. - Exposure to working in a start-up environment is a strong plus. - Proven track record of achieving individual sales targets. - Hustler: Should have no problems with constantly traveling - Prior experience in cold calling would be a plus - Excellent verbal communication - Prior experience in Transportation/Telematics/ Tyres/ Banking industry would be a plus.
