Happay simplifies Business expense management through its turnkey mobile and internet platform, which is powered by a Visa and MasterCard branded card.  About opportunity:   - To accelerate our growth further, Happay is looking to build the industry's best Customer care support team.   - This role will involve in supporting the customer queries over the call, mail, chat, KYC verification and following the defined SLAs for different processes.  We are looking for someone who:   - Has exposure to work in customer support  - Comfortable dealing with ambiguity and working in a constantly evolving business environment   - Drives a culture of getting things done on time with high quality of service  - Has ability to follow-up & coordinate with multiple internal stakeholders  - Follow up clear metrics for performance measurement & turnaround times for each process  - Loves working in growth stage start-up   - Is Excellent in writing and speaking English.   - Has strong interpersonal and communications skills   Description:  - Ensuring execution of Operational Processes to allow the business to efficiently operate and grow  - Responsible to follow best in the class processes in the company Customer Support, Payments, KYC, etc.   - Comfortable dealing with ambiguity and working in a constantly evolving business environment   - Driving a culture of getting things done on time with high quality of service  - Ability to follow-up & coordinate with multiple internal stakeholders   - Following up clear metrics for performance measurement & turnaround times for each of the key processes   - Ensuring execution of Operational Processes to allow the business to efficiently operate and grow KYC, etc.   Minimum Requirement / Qualification:  - Graduate (B.E/B.
