- Managing the customer support department's day-to-day functions.

- Handling escalated customer support issues.

- Implementing customer support processes to enhance customer satisfaction

- Manage and train customer service executives

- Set customer satisfaction goals and work with the team to meet them on a consistent basis

- Setting up various processes and their continuous improvement

- Ensuring best in class processes in the company - Customer Support, Payments, KYC, etc.

- Comfortable dealing with ambiguity and working in a constantly evolving business environment

- Driving a culture of getting things done on time with high quality of service

- Ability to follow-up & coordinate with multiple internal stakeholders

Requirements/ Qualifications:

- 4-10 years of work experience in Customer Support

- B.Tech from Top tier universities. MBA is a plus

- Excellent written & verbal communication skills (Fluency in English & Hindi is mandatory)

- Sound Analytical & Logical Reasoning skills

- Proficient in MS Excel (Analysis & reporting)

- Experience in fintech/banking is a plus
