About The Role :
As Sales Operations, you will work with sales team, ensuring the sales team is driven to right direction.
Roles and Responsibility :
- Making people accountable for achieving targets
- Assisting sales team in managing customer and channel partner data.
- Actively coordinating with the sales team and other departments improving and optimizing all after sales processes.
- Ensuring 100% compliance to the risk & controls register by the Sales Team
- Driving team on leads and targets,
- Ensuring CRM updates and availability for Sales teams,
- Ensuring Suppliers payments are made on time
- Liaising with Finance, Customer Support, Legal and Marketing department for any sales-related or client-related issues.
- Preferred Sales Operations experience for minimum 5+ years.
- Achieve results through influence, persuasion & collaboration.
- Attention for details and speed of execution
- Affinity to analyzing numbers
- Proficient in analytical tools and systems Excel, Access, Databases,
- Process-oriented & a systems thinker, with a broader business perspective.
- Communicate appropriately with cross-functional/ regional team members.
- Knowledge of Sales & Marketing processes.
- Experience operating in a continuous improvement environment.
