Role: Legal Manager Experience: 5-6 Years Responsibility: 1. Independently negotiating, reviewing and drafting the various category of Agreements including NDA, Master Service Agreement, API integration Agreements, Bank Agreements, Vendor Agreements and Partnership Agreements. 2. managing a team 3. Providing legal opinions on important matters 4. Conducting research and apprising the internal teams and management about the risks involved in a transaction 5. Coordination with external counsel 6. Handling litigation matters of the Company. Must Have: 1. Good communication skills and command over MS office 2. Experience of start-up, more preferable a fintech 3. Must have worked under strict timelines
