ROLE : Manager- Finance LOCATION : Bangalore YEARS OF EXPERIENCE : 2-5 years Roles and Responsibilities : - Spoc for all queries related to Vendor accounting/payment/reconciliation issues. - Handling account payable part related to accounting of invoices, payment and reconciliation. - Month End activates for the smooth books closure (Like -Preparation of Provision/Accrual, Provision/Accrual Vs Actuals analysis, Expenses variances month on month basis etc. - Preparing Tax reports (both direct and indirect) and ensuring compliance with statutory law and financial regulations. eg-TDS returns, GST returns etc - Month-end closing and year-end closing. - G/L account reconciliation and ledger scrutiny of accounts, Balance sheet and P&L reconciliation - Ledger Scrutiny of accounts and ensuring accounts in accordance with the accounting standards - Assist with external and internal audit and MIS. - Maintain operational effectiveness and documentation for internal controls. - Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Product to identify and communicate technical services and solutions. - Participate in late-stage meetings with prospects to consult on product capability and educate on technical implementation (including configuration, integrations, and customisations) Required qualifications: - Qualified Chartered Accountant with 2-5 years of experience - Proficient Excel skills required, efficiently using formatting, formulas, pivot tables, and v-lookups - Knowledge about statutory dues - PF, ESI, TDS, GST - Good accounting knowledge, updated with Indian GAAP - Adept at working under pressure and tight deadlines
