YEARS OF EXPERIENCE : 5-6 years ABOUT THE ROLE : This exciting Business Development role involves building relationships with senior executives within India's most prominent organizations to influence TCV and ARR of net new additions. Generating SALs through a combination of Field Marketing, Face to face meeting and teleconference with prospects. A successful Business Development person is highly motivated and success driven and thrives in a high-performance team culture. RESPONSIBILITIES : Number of Enterprise level CFO/ CIO meetings generated post event, SALs confirmed from each event, ARR influenced from the events, Account Insights collected and research data completed. - Achieve annual Sales Accepted Leads (SAL) quota through event related Business Development activities within territory - Research, develop, manage and maintain CXO audience database list of enterprise (Non-Government &amp; non-PSU) companies - Establish and maintain a relationship with C-level leaders through regular strategic communications and interactions in order to ensure their attendance at the event - Drive large account prospecting opportunities across Happay, influence related ARR and TCV targets of large deals through multiple interactions independently as well as jointly with Sales - Meet CIO/ CFO/ CHRO of prospect companies at the events, as well as driving on-site appointments or fixing appointments over phone for face-to-face meeting with - Track the program and capture and analyse data and feedback after each event in Google sheets, excel and LeadSquare CRM system - Research and find new leads and contacts within Named Account territory Collaborate with Sales teams within Happay to drive greater partnerships, client relationships, sales, and leads - Create tools for sales using demographics and audience data utilize audience relationships and rich content to develop/ nurture sales leads and educate the sales team on audience needs. - Complete additional projects as assigned Eligibility : - Bachelors/PG Degree and 5-6 years sales, CFO/ CIO related business development experience with sales prospecting a plus - Must be able to thrive in a quota driven start-up environment - Understanding and aptitude for the Information Technology Industry - Excellent oral and written communication skills - Demonstrated ability to take initiative and work independently as well as in a team environment - Strong organizational and time management skills - Demonstrates a high sense of urgency - Ability to be flexible and self-motivated, - This role will involve 30-40% of time on travel for event &amp; meetings - Ability to assess delegates suitability for attendance &amp; promote the event via the telephone
