Bank Partnerships and Alliances Location : Mumbai Work Experience : 2+ years Position Summary : - The position requires a highly energetic, self starter, business developer with strong sales acquisition, relationship management and influencing skills to partner with Banks to identify, create, nurture and implement significant partnerships that maximize product penetration and drive Happay's revenues. Responsibilities include : - Exceed revenue and business goals with new and existing bank partnerships through product partnerships and customer acquisition - Identifying additional revenue opportunities and strategic partnership opportunities which will contribute towards customer acquisition and revenue growth for the company - Own end to end bank partnerships including securing new partnerships, business development,channel sales development and relationship management. - Maintain and deepen bank relationships across all levels and with multiple teams . - Coordinate with multiple stakeholders within Happay ( Marketing, Product, Sales, Technology) for effective implementation of bank programs Candidate Profile : - Highly execution focused for effective achievement of business goals - 2+ years of relevant experience with a graduate degree or higher in business - Industry experience in the payments ecosystem including banks or fintech companies is desirable. - Functional experience in business development, partnerships, channel sales is desirable. - Ability to think and react in a high-energy, fast-paced environment - High on energy and initiatives with ownership and great attention to detail. - Full time position, based in Mumbai, India. Ability to travel for business is required
