YEARS OF EXPERIENCE : 2.5 - 6 years About Fleet Xpress : - Fleet Xpress is an automated expense management solution helping fleet operators go completely cashless and paperless. - With annual transactions of over $500M on the Fleet Xpress platform, we are on a steep growth curve to capture the rapidly growing logistics expense market. Roles and Responsibility : - Exponentially improve the productivity of the sales team by constantly iterating and improving the CRM and driving adoption across PAN-India sales team - Facilitating training, problem-solving and growth-hacking for newly launched territories - Managing a central team of tele-callers for providing leads to the sales team - Working with the digital marketing team to increase the lead flow - Hunting Network Partners across geographies to increase the lead flow Eligibility : Who are we looking for? - This is a 0 to 1 role, and the selected candidate is expected to take complete ownership of the sales productivity and demand creation piece from strategy and team building to target setting and execution - Prior experience of building an on-ground sales/demand generation team is a must - High problem solving skills, excellent communication, and a go-getter attitude CTC: 10-18 LPA
