ROLE : Head of Field Marketing LOCATION : Bangalore YEARS OF EXPERIENCE : 4-7 years We are looking for an experienced Field marketing professional to drive demand generation efforts - Events (Physical Events, Webinars, Roundtables, etc.), Account-based marketing, Partnerships & BTL activities. The candidate will work closely with the sales team to execute integrated marketing campaigns to generate and nurture leads. Responsibilities: - Own the complete events strategy - planning, execution and measurement - Lead a team of field marketing professionals to execute a large number of offline and online events and BTL activities - Find creative and innovative ways of driving Happay's visibility in the offline world - Execute integrated marketing campaigns including events, webinars, email programs, direct mail etc. - Build relationships with partners, influencers, thought leaders and execute high-impact joint-marketing activities - Work with digital marketing, SDR and sales teams to drive deep engagement with target accounts before, during and after the events Requirements: - 4+ years of field marketing experience in a leading SaaS company is a must - Strong experience of leading BTL activities & hosting online and offline events - Great communication, coordination & selling skills - Ability to handle vendor relationships and lead negotiations - Strong understanding of running integrated marketing campaigns - Extremely detail-oriented and organized - Willingness to travel for marketing activities
