We receive over 1000 tickets per day (calls, emails and chats). - The key responsibility is to improve the quality of resolutions of each ticket, increase the number of tickets resolved per person, work with product and tech teams to automate repetitive queries. - Setup scalable processes using all the new-age tools available for calls and email automation. - Manage a team of 15 and continue upskilling them Preferred - - People from tier 1 MBA colleges/engineering colleges with strong communication and process orientation. - 5+ yrs Experience with Freshdesk or similar ticket management solution, driving high NPS, process automation. - 3+ yr Experience in managing 10+ people teams
