Role highlights :

The essential purpose of this job is to manage and lead baby food product range. Capable of managing complex work related issues on inventory management, new product development, supply chain management, will play a critical role on this position.

Key deliverables :

- To establish the optimum product mix for each product category

- Scheduling of product plan and production calendar development

- To pro-actively seek out and develop new product opportunities in each category

- To ensure that business plans are developed in line with market trends, balancing risks and opportunities

- To develop contingency plans to achieve category growth and maximize profitability while controlling overall supply chain at the budgeted norms

- Sourcing and development of product strategy, to offer a balance of choice, value, quality, and desirability, to the consumer.

- Budget - To manage Category budgeted expenditure within agreed levels.
