Consultant - Marketing Solutions (Retail Client)

Key Responsibilities :
- Account Management for a large retail client
- Key Client Interactions - Responsible for account management through frequent interactions and further cementing relationships, developing strategic cross functional engagement across clients.
- Identify focused business problems and consult clients on CRM and integrated marketing strategies
- Derive actionable insights from data to identify business issues and design corrective actions
- Support data analytics team to build models with appropriate business problems and business impact
- Collaborating with internal teams to design solutions and deliver client requirements
- Help achieve revenue objective of the assigned account(s) and new business activities
- Create practice assets through case studies, white papers and solutioning workshops with clients
- Take lead on assigned projects and ensure efficient delivery
- Ensuring seamless operation of CRM activities across brands. Working closely with all departments to ensure high quality deliverables for improving business performance
- Ensure QC of performance reports & other data or report requests received from the client
- Support the team in creating monthly campaign plans & strategic roadmap for the program/client
- Manage new client/ new project on boarding
- Create & maintain proper documentation of assigned tasks/projects/processes
- Efficiently manage team to drive high quality client interaction and business continuity
- Assist in new business development process for the practice
Background, Key Skills and Behavioral Attributes:
Atleast 3 years of experience in managing mid-large sized retail client account/s.
Two year full time MBA
