As a Marketing Expert - CRM at Hansa Cequity, you will be at the forefront of enhancing = customer relationships for our BFSI clients. Leveraging your CRM knowledge and experience, you will develop and execute strategies that drive customer engagement and loyalty.
1. CRM Strategy Development: Collaborate with clients to develop and implement effective CRM strategies tailored to their business objectives within the BFSI sector.
2. CRM Tool Management: Utilize CRM tools and platforms to segment customer data, design targeted marketing campaigns, and track customer interactions for measurable results.
3. Data Analysis: Analyze customer data to identify insights, trends, and opportunities for personalized marketing initiatives, product recommendations, and process improvements.
4. Client Engagement: Foster strong relationships with BFSI clients, serving as the primary point of contact for CRM-related discussions and ensuring client satisfaction.
5. Campaign Execution: Plan, execute, and oversee marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including email, SMS, social media, and more, aligning them with CRM objectives.
6. Performance Measurement: Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the success of CRM initiatives and provide regular reports to clients and internal stakeholders.
7. Industry Expertise: Stay updated on BFSI industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitive landscapes to continuously refine CRM strategies.
8. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Product Development, and Data Analytics, to ensure seamless customer experiences.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. An MBA is a plus.
- 7 plus years of hands-on experience in CRM marketing, with a strong preference for candidates with BFSI industry knowledge.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and platforms, such as Adobe,Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar software.
- Strong analytical skills, enabling data-driven decision-making and campaign optimization.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective client interactions and teamwork.
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving CRM goals and exceeding client expectations.
