Talent Acquisition Manager
Key Responsibilities :
- Manpower planning :
- Responsible to get manpower plan requirement and to get the same substantiated with the approved business plan and accordingly alter / reduce or approve and document the same for future reference.
- Present the consolidated manpower plan to the CHRO for final approval.
- Maintain the same for the recruitment / hiring for the year.
Hiring / Recruitment :
- Responsible for PAN India recruitment of level 1,2,3 for all 4 divisions of Hamilton.
- Responsible for strategic positions / requirements to be sourced and hired internally.
- Assistance to Sr. Management to raise MRF in system, verify and confirm the specifications to update the MRF
- Share and update details of the position to HRIS team .
- Sketch out the JD for senior roles and get it approved by CHRO & HOD ,review and finalize junior role
- Design technical assessment for junior to senior roles.
Selection process :
- Provide/ Source the best options of strategic position from the industry with the budgeted cost
- Assist the senior candidates with all queries related to the profile
- Arrange meetings with HOD / CHRO and document interview feedback at each stage of interview.
- Further to interviews, conduct Psychometric test with the shortlisted candidates and share the report with HOD & CHRO for further selection procedure.
Post selection process:
- Salary negotiation with the selected candidates
- Ensure the reference check is well reviewed and assess the same with the interview assessment and PPA report for the final selection.
- Issue offer letter to candidate and ensure confirmation and acceptance of same by getting PDC / Resignation acceptance.
- Update all stake holders IT , Admin, HR , & concern department related to the joining of the candidate
- To keep the candidate engaged till the date of joining on fortnight basis
- Hand Holding the candidate on date of joining and handover of all document to the operations teams.
Vendor Management :
- Evaluate new recruitment consultants, and manage the existing vendors by reviewing their performance on timely basis.
- Administering and managing Thomas international for PPA
- Yearly negotiation & renew Naukri .com at best deal.
TAT and Cost :
- To ensure recruitment cost does not exceed the stipulated total hiring cost budgets.
- Evaluating and deciding whether positions managed internally or through consultants ensuring TAT is not suffered and quality of candidates is provided.
Employer Branding :
- Ensuring the Hamilton brand is positioned as an Employer of Choice where candidates are excited to join.
- Keep a track on sites like Glass door ratings , Naukri posting , Linked in postings etc and taking corrective action on negative comments
- Ensure every candidate have a good experience in the interview process and this is followed closely through candidate feedback forms with zero tolerance.
- Company collaterals and Employer proposition including brochures and company briefs sent to candidates.
Industry Benchmarking Activities :
- Industry study in order to support /develop data base for the future requirement and Headhunting.
- Salary, role benchmarking with Industry As a part of PMS activities for senior management.
- Competitor / industry benchmarking.
MIS Management :
- Weekly updation of recruitment Tracker and sent the same to MD & CHRO on weekly basis (Every Monday)
- Recruitment cost MIS on yearly basis to CHRO
- Vendor cost tracker maintained timely basis
- Hiring cost tracked for annual presentation
- Referral bonus tracker.
Team Management :
- Responsible to control hiring related activities PAN India All 4 plants.
- Weekly recruitment review session
- Quarterly feedback session with team
- Responsible to train the team on new positions , challenging positions and interviewing skills
- Complete PMS / PEP of team timely
- Manage / guide team towards development of new skills
