Job Description:

 We have an Immediate opening for Head Business Operations for American advertising company-Bangalore

Role and Responsibilities:

- In charge of leading the Managed Services division based in Bangalore, India.

- Hire, mentor and manage operations managers, team leads, traffickers to cater to day-to-day client servicing needs.

- Build training infrastructure in-house to help team members ramp-up quickly and become industry experts

- Put tracking mechanism in place to evaluate team members on quality, efficiency and communication skills

- Conduct annual performance appraisals.

- Work within allocated budget. Oversee support staff and requirements needed for optimal functioning of the managed services division.

- Interact frequently with stakeholders based in New York and keep them updated about things on the ground.

- Serve as the final point of contact and/or escalation for all issues related to the Bangalore managed services division

- Continuously focus on ensuring revenue retention and increasing renewal possibilities.

- Drive ongoing operational efficiencies through process optimization, automation, and business rules

Required Skills/Experience

- 15+ years of overall experience within a BPO environment

- 5+ years of direct advertising operations experience or similar domain.

- 3+ years of management experience with proven success in leading, recruiting, growing and managing teams

- Familiarity and direct hands on experience with advertising implementation and related concepts

- Understanding of display/mobile advertising technologies (including HTML, HTML5, CSS, PHP, Javascript, VAST, etc.) to assemble, mo

- Superior analytical skills with unwavering attention to detail

- Strong decision making, organizational, planning and problem solving skills with proven ability to identify and prioritize critical issues.

- Proven capability and skill in providing data analysis and analytical insight to develop effective, revenue producing, yield and revenue /margin optimized, and successful ad campaigns.

- Ability to multi task and thrive in a fast paced, deadline oriented environment
