Reporting Manager: COO Haber is on the lookout for a skilled Human Resources Manager to manage HR programs across the company - everything from recruiting and on boarding to performance management and compensation. The role will involve working, side-by-side, with employees to foster a positive environment and make sure the company's mission, goals and values are effectively communicated, practiced and implemented. Your Role: - Manage recruitment, on boarding, performance management, employee relationships, training and compensation process; monitor and make improvements as required - Design and implement programs to improve morale and relationships - Prepare periodic reports for management with recommendations and trends - Develop and implement solutions for a fast pace technology led start-up organisation. - Influence the stakeholders for bringing change and leading effective implementation. - Analyze trends and metrics in partnership with peers to develop solutions, programs, and policies. - Provide guidance and input on business unit structuring/ restructuring, workforce, and succession planning. - Conduct ongoing supply and demand on current and future state staffing and skill needs and designs talent acquisition strategies to meet those needs. - Actively participate in annual budget planning/ forecasting process with business partners and Top Management. - Manage and serve internal stakeholders - Effectively coach employees to improve knowledge, skills, and capabilities - Managing performance appraisal cycles - Incorporate and map salary surveys data position wise to ensure internal data is in line with market data. - Analyse comp & ben costing with respect to Manpower budgets for the year. - Design best in class Compensation, benefits and rewards program - Managing regular employee communication with respect to C&B policies and processes. - Ensuring processes related to data management on HRMS and other data platforms are adhered to and also processes are updated as and when required. What you need: - 8 to 12 years of experience working as a HR manager or in a similar position preferred - Proven experience developing and executing strategies designed to maintain high employee morale - In-depth knowledge and understanding of HR practices and maturity of adapting the same best in Haber's context. - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - Excellent Analytical skills, Excellent functional competency - thorough knowledge of HR concepts and operations - Experience in Organizational Development - Demonstrable experience with HR metrics - Knowledge of HR systems and databases - Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills - Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills - Ability to lead team and driving performance through collaboration - Flexibility, adaptability and creative approach to meet business needs, yet adhering to compliances and driving best people practices. - MBA with HR Specialization (Preferably from Tier I or Tier II Business Schools, though Knowledge, Skills, Attitude and Cultural Fit will matter more than the college). - Professional certification in Coaching, Training, Strategic HR, Assessments, Psychometric Testing, OD and the like will be an added advantage. - HR Business Partnering /Generalist with experience in managing a COE/Analytics role.
