About Haasyl

The goal for us at Haasyl is to Exponentially increase the flow of capital and opportunities to India's workforce by unlocking the power of payroll systems. Our first product, Haasyl Suvidha, offers Employees Earned wage access, i.e the ability to access their earned pay before payday.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Completely lead the coordination of our Customer implementation to ensure timely delivery.

- Create thorough documentation that can help clients have a smooth journey post onboarding.

- Create & Oversee Enterprise communication with employees to increase adoption rate of Haasyl App.

- Build out Customer complaint redressal system for the Haasyl App

- Manage the relationship with select clients post sales to ensure smooth working of Haasyl product.

- Contribute towards managing the MIS reporting with our NBFC partner to ensure no errors.

- Post feature deployment, track & monitor user activity and give direction to product team on improvements

- Ensure efficient communication pipeline between Haasyl & clients regarding updates and changes if any.

Skills & Qualifications

- Process driven

- Highly Efficient and the ability to resolve operational problems throughout the day.

- Clear communications skills

- Well versed with MS office

- Data driven & analytical

- Prior Experience in Customer Success and Operations

- Ability to learn on the job
