VP - Credit & SCF The individual will be a heading our dynamic yet small finance team handling the end to end financing domain of the company. - Designing, formulating and implementing credit risk policies and underwriting programs for supply chain financing. - Setting up credit line for the company at a reasonable ROI and channelizing maximum lending partners to rotate the Principal amount - Channelizing the flow with relevant NBFCs/FP at reasonable ROIs. - Setting up financing channels for vendors. - Setting up financing programs at checkout for clients without the involvement of H3Mart's books. - Strategize and partner in implementing technology to enable a digital journey in the Supply chain financing process, underwriting, KYC etc. - Managing end-to-end finances and assisting the BU in P&L. What we're looking for (qualifications): - 3+ years of experience in and understanding of credit line and supply chain financing. - Should be well versed with Invoice Discounting and Dealer Funding - Should be from Unsecured Lending background/ NBFC/ Banks - Sound knowledge on credit risks and SCF. - Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
