Gympik.com - Manager - Operations

This position is responsible for managing the partenrships, on-boarding, and training the operations team. This is a great opportunity for you to drive the efforts that is core to Gympik

Job Responsibility:

- Strategy and planning: The candidate will assist the top-management in developing operations strategy for effectively scaling the sourcing requirements of the company.

- Implementation: Conducting team training for implementing the strategies in order to meet requirements & goals.

- People management: The candidate will be responsible for managing a team, finding the right candidate, training & scoping the work. Be involved in conducting staffing drives.

- Training & Onboarding: Training the team, monitoring their job with respect to SOP violation, planning for onboarding activities & operations.

Requirements:

- Strong communication and convincing skills and the ability to meet daily, weekly, and long-term requirements and goals.

- Project Management experience in a startup / online brand

- Excellent coordination skills.

- Should be comfortable working with MS excel

- Strong analytical & data driven thinking.
