Transaction Services Sr. Associate (5 Vacancies) Chartered Accountant/ CPA with a minimum of 2 years post qualification experience, including a role in M/A or Transaction Advisory at a large firm Job Role :&nbsp; - Assist Managers and Partners in conducting financial due diligence on middle-market companies in a variety of industries - Conduct analytical reviews of data and prepare findings - Create draft reports for management review - Research issues that arise during the course of engagement Requirement and Skills :&nbsp; - CA/ CPA with 2-3 years post qualification experience in Financial Due Diligence. - A role in M&amp;A or Transaction Advisory at a large CA firm - Familiarity with US GAAP and IFRS - Advanced excel analysis experience and skills - Excellent written and verbal communication.
