We are currently looking for Managerial candidates to be part of the key pilot team Role: Transaction Services Manager/Sr. Manager Education Qualification: Bachelors/Masters Degree in Accounting or Business or certified Chartered Accountant Requirements and Skills - Minimum of 4y / 7y post qualification experience with a large firm, mainly in financial due diligence or assurance - Previous experience supervising and training team members - Experience with writing detailed assignment reports - Ability to juggle multiple client engagements simultaneously - Business understanding - Dexterity with technology tools including Alteryx, Visualisation tools, Advanced Excel, and Presentation software - Exposure to US GAAP and business practices Job role - - Project management and overall coordination, including processes and quality control of service delivery - Working alongside private equity firms, strategic clients and investment banks to perform buy-side and sell-side due diligence as well as other M&A activities - Engagement management with on-site teams - Performing financial due diligence on middle-market companies in a variety of industries - Coaching and managing other team members - Coordinating services as needed with other practice areas of the firm
