Guitcom - Manager - Finance & Accounts (2-4 yrs)
Job Description :
The role is a mix of Planning & Analysis, Management accounting and Financial reporting for client organisations of Guitcom, indicatively including the tasks below
- Forecasting, business plans, budgeting
- Detailed profitability analysis, segment reporting, utilization analysis
- GAAP-compliant financial statements for different geographies, multi-currency and multi-entity reporting
- Audit support in various geographies
- Preparation of analyses and presentation decks for board meetings, management review meetings, etc
The role would not be restricted to a single client but would offer opportunities to engage actively on multiple challenging client assignments.
The candidate would be closely mentored by experienced CAs and senior professionals
Skills/competencies required :
- Strong background in accounting concepts and skills with a focus on financial reporting
- Familiarity and experience with management accounting, including costing concepts
- High level of working knowledge on Excel modelling
- An understanding of FP&A concepts and tools such as visual representation, root cause analysis, etc
- Familiarity with accounting standards; IFRS/ US-GAAP experience is a plus
- Experience in complex MIS reporting (segment reporting, group consolidations)
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal and exposure to interacting with senior management personnel in India and overseas
- Very strong technology skills (ERP exposure, In-depth Excel skills, ability to quickly learn and implement new tools)
- Organized and process-oriented approach
