Guidewire Practice Leader

Location: Greater Noida India

- 16+ years of relevant consulting or industry experience

- Large Scale System Delivery Experience preferably for Policy Administration, Billing and/or Claims Systems

- At least 5 years of experience in managing at least one large Business Integration effort and project team through all phases of the project lifecycle from scoping and planning, requirements gathering, design, development, testing

- Guidewire certification

- Hands on technical expertise specifically related to Integration to complex legacy applications

- Experience delivering via an Agile/Scrum methodology

- Pre-Sales experience

- Prior track record or future ability to develop a Guidewire Practice for NTL

- Strong knowledge and comprehension of standards, specifications, standards bodies (e.g., XML, UDDI, JMS, Web services, ACORD etc.)

- Ongoing awareness of technological trends to determine where to apply new technologies.

- Knowledge of IT concepts and disciplines to enable completion of difficult assignments.

- Knowledge of insurance operations and functional responsibilities.

- Must possess strong problem-solving skills

- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)

- Thorough knowledge of Guidewire data models

Technology

- 6+ Years of Policy, Claim and Billing Configuration and Integration experience

- Hands on experience designing and supporting implementation of Guidewire products

- A strong Java, EJB, BPEL, UNIX

- Rich experience in Spring Framework.

- Experience with Business Process Modeling (BPM) tools, Business rules integration

- Experience with Enterprise Service Bus (ESB) technology

- Extensive experience in Guidewire development (Expertise in GOSU, LOB Configuration, Rules Engine, Data Model, PCF, Messaging, Web Service Collections, Wizards and Activities)

- Experience with open source integration technologies such as Camel and Mule

- Proficiency in designing, implementing and supporting packaged Vendor products.

- Application Server, Weblogic, JBoss, Tomcat.

- SOAP/Restful Web Services, XML and XSD.

- Database technologies such as Oracle, ORM.

- JavaScript, AngularJS, AJAX, JQuery, CSS and HTML5.

- Integration with Web Content Management tools

- Source Code version tools such as Apache Subversion, TFS and Git, GitHub.

- Experience with Jenkins
