Essential Requirements
- The candidate should ideally be an MBA with specialization in HR. Candidates from reputed institutes will be given preference.
- The candidate should have at least 8 years of post-qualification experience, at least 5 years of which should be in an IT organization.
- Managing an employee strength of at least 500 people as HR Head.
- Should have assisted the CEO/Board at policy level.
- Should have all round exposure in HR functions like; talent acquisition, retention, employee engagement, building organization culture, PMS, learning and development, HRIS/HRMS etc.
Desirable Requirements :
- Should have a thorough understanding of creating and managing Employer Brand Equity using modern electronic and social media tools amongst others.
- Should have a network of contacts in agencies, peers in the Industry etc.
- Should have exposure in multi-locational offices.
- Productivity measurement and enhancement experience in IT industry.
Job Description :
- Should be able to translate the Board and Management vision into actionable HR plans and executive them in a time bound manner.
- Study and improve the HR practices across the companies in a harmonized way.
- Migrate the disparate HRMS/HRIS systems into a single system and their adoption across the companies.
- Develop a suitable unified HR MIS.
- Create a measurable and accountable Performance Management System.
- Develop a homogenous Organization Culture and Corporate Identity.
- Promote Employer Branding across all companies.
Responsibilities :
- Update and take inputs from CEO/MD/Board Members.
- Review and develop HR policies for all companies/offices.
- Supervise HR Staff across companies and strengthen the team wherever required.
- Craft talent acquisition strategies with HR staff.
- Formulate career development plans for each company.
- Ensure hiring, onboarding and management procedures are effective for diverse joinees.
- Evaluate training and development programs and calendars.
- Analyze the effectiveness of HR processes with suitable tools and measurement techniques.
- Ensure HR plans align with our mission and business objectives of the group.
