Qualified Company Secretary and Legal
Qualified with 5+ years of post qualification experience in handling above tasks.
- Knowledge/Experience in handling Listed Company Compliances in India.
- Experience handling ROC, SEBI, STOCK EXCHANGE, FEMA, RBI
- Experience in handling Acquisitions, Mergers, Scheme arrangements, NCTL etc.
- Experience in handling fund raising, and related activities.
- Manage Contracts, Due Diligence and Legal Contracts.
- Experience in handling Board Meetings/Quarterly/AGM/SGM.
- Good Communication.
- Individual Contributor.
