What You'll Do :

- You will define and execute product features for one of our popular online games to entertain millions of players.

- Manage all business and product aspects of the games throughout their lifecycle, including product strategy, product roadmap, product development and deployment.

- Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and consumer insights to define the business model, product vision.

- Define product requirements and wireframes from concept through delivery.

- Partner with data science to translate insights into impactful product decisions.

- Drive positive business outcomes by aligning cross-functional stakeholders with the product priorities.

- Own and analyse game metrics: retention, monetization, engagement.

- Develop a deep understanding of our players: their problems, their needs, their desires and use it to improve the game and business performance.

- Identify opportunities for key initiatives to enhance the player experience.

About You :

- Bachelors or Masters in Engineering, or Business from a top tier school.

- 2-4 years of product management experience on a B2C product.

- An entrepreneurial spirit

- Ability to successfully thrive in a fast-paced work environment and competitive market conditions.

- Highly organized, results-oriented and strong attention to details.

- Strong analytical skills.

- Great written and oral communication skills.

- Passion for games, previous start-up, gaming, consumer internet, e-commerce is a strong plus.
