As a Portfolio Management Manager, you will manage the analysis and oversight of the R&D Portfolio metrics for the business projects.

This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career, these responsibilities include some of the following:

- Ensuring quality metrics data are made available and updated on time by categories.

- Run tracking and analysis of key R&D Innovation metrics to support overall delivery of Innovation portfolio, including alignment with different parts of the organization (Commercial, Supply, Quality, Finance)

- Ownership of metrics platform within portfolio management systems, including governance, administrative and maintenance activities, and upgrade/update of the metrics reporting.

- Support the training and development of R&D staff on portfolio metrics, analysis and reporting to support portfolio.

- Support the delivery of analytical insights of portfolio trends for management decisions in portfolio prioritization.

- Support R&D in external reporting of innovation information and performance metrics (i.e. Dow Jones

Industrial Index)

Basic Qualifications:

We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:

- Bachelors degree

- 9+ years of IT industry experience

- 2 or more years of experience in an analytical role (Financial analyst, Portfolio analyst, Business Analyst or Scientist)

- Strong project management experience

Preferred Qualifications:

- If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:

- MBA

- Demonstrated ability to work across matrix organization

- Strong analytical skills and ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders
