Site Name: Singapore - Tuas, India - Maharashtra - Worli Mumbai


- The role reports to the Global Marketing Director and is an Individual Contributor role.


Job Responsibilities :


- Co Creation with the markets of promotional campaigns and contents with the highest quality and ethics standards and in compliance with the company’s policies.


- Co develop the unbranded and branded promotional strategies and support execution in the priority LOCs to drive Relvar performance


- Promotes a culture of relentless continuous improvement through clear lead & lag indicators and ensures to deliver high quality campaigns on time.


- Cross Collaborate with all stakeholders to build in all insights from cross functional teams.


- Drives collaboration and seamless flow of information to ensure that LOC activities are fully aligned with the Portfolio.


- Manage resources and A&P spends in the most efficient way with constant measurement of ROI and improvement


- Cross functional matrix engagement with LOCs and medical functions under guidance, others including Regulatory, LCM, digital, MCM team etc.


Job Specifications :


- 5-7 years of total experience in both India and/or Global roles


- Post Graduate in Marketing or equivalent


- Leadership skills/ ability to clearly communicate/ synthesize complex data sets/ sales experience/ respiratory experience/ brand launch/ ability to lead and work with cross-functional multicultural teams
