Groww - Relationship Manager

Groww is India's fastest growing platform for Mutual Funds. We make investing simple and accessible to everyone. As a relationship manager at Groww, you will work directly with the co-founders and contribute significantly to the overall growth.

1. Entire portfolio analysis, 360-degree wealth management and performing need analysis of your HNI, Ultra HNI retail client's requirement. Formulating strategies to expand the HNI & Retail client's base.

2. Monitor and address HNI clients' investment needs

3. Use financial acumen and investment expertise to review a client's personal data, align clients need through superior service, seamlessly align service delivery for an enhanced experience, thereby helping the client to reach his short term and long term investment goals.

4. Maintaining long-term relationships with existing/new clients so as to increase the revenue base for the company.

5. Cross-sell products and services to both new as well as existing HNI & Ultra HNI clients as per their lifestyle, risk profiling and requirements basically through the financial planning process.

6. Achieving financial goals of the clients through the current product Mutual Funds and PMS.

Key Requirements:

1. Qualification : Commerce Graduate / MBA Finance (Both Can Apply).

2. Experience : 2 to 5years experience.

3. Must have experience in wealth / Portfolio management, financial planning or investment advisory in at least one of the following products : Mutual Funds (MF), Life Insurance (LI), General Insurance (GI), Health Insurance, Fixed Deposits (FD), Liability Products, CPOF, FMPS, Real Estate, SIP, Golds, Bonds.
