About the Role:

As a Product Manager, you will be building products to improve the investing experience for millions of Groww customers. This will require close coordination with all key functions of Groww - Product Management, Engineering, Operations, Compliance, Customer Experience, Business, and Finance to arrive at key insights and build scalable solutions to customer needs.

As a Product Manager - Stocks, you will be responsible for building new features and maintaining existing features of our trading product to provide a stable, easy to understand, and fast trading experience for customers. You will be involved in building the processes and systems to scale our trading platforms in coordination with our design and engineering teams.

Responsibilities

- Building a stock trading platform at Groww by gaining in-depth system, business, and technical knowledge

- Working closely with engineering and design to plan entire platform development

- Defining product strategy and setting the right priority - from inception to scale

- Executing efficiently by aligning the product with overall company objectives

- Regularly interact with internal stakeholders to identify critical problems to be solved

- Building products that delight millions of customers everyday

Experience

- 3+ years of Product Management experience with building technology-focused products

- Experience with technology, building, and shipping products for large scale

Preferred Experience

- Worked on building technical platforms as a product

- Understanding of stock trading and backend applications that support end-to-end trading experience

- Product management experience in a fast-paced, investment-oriented finance company

- Understanding the stocks and derivatives trading segment
