GrowthPal - Vice President - Marketing (3-6 yrs)

GrowthPal is an early-stage funded startup, founded by a strong and experienced team from IITs, IIMs, and BITS Pilani, working in a digital investment banking space. We are creating a new category of - Personalized Digital Investment Banking- and have seen initial success of the model. We are looking for very bright, ambitious and creative individuals, who have had relevant experience and have demonstrated a good track record in SaaS/Digital Marketing space.

1) Develop demand generation strategy and own execution of its associated plan

2) Own and manage social media pages

3) Independently own SEO activities

4) Develop marketing collateral

5) Design and deliver content strategy to improve our page rankings and followers

6) Manage / automate marketing and sales processes in CRM tools

7) Test and optimize marketing tactics for customer acquisition (e.g. online advertising, direct mail, etc.) and conversion rate optimization

8) Establish branding and associated PR and event visibility

Preferred experience :

1) 3-5 years of work experience in content and marketing roles in startups

2) Also have experience doing lead generation for the US market

Salary: As per industry standards

Location: While the core team is based out of Pune, we are flexible on the location for this role as we are looking for a very self-driven person.
