Finance Manager

GrowthPal is an early-stage startup, founded by a strong and experienced team from IITs, IIMs, and BITS Pilani, working in a digital investment banking space. We aim to disrupt small M&A deals of less than $30M globally and make the process more efficient using technology. Our buy slide clients include late-stage startups and corporates globally and sell side companies include early-stage startups and businesses across sectors.

We are looking for smart individuals who are ready to dirty their shoes and are interested in working in a startup culture. Someone who can learn quickly and wear multiple hats across roles.

Indicative JD:

1) Raise sales invoices and maintain tracker and submit the same for accounting

2) Coordinate for weekly payments and ensure compliances with TDS and GST laws

3) Review monthly books of accounts - for completeness, compliances

4) Liason with bank

5) Coordinate with Audit and tax filing teams

6) Oversee CS compliances

7) Other Ad hoc reports and liasioning as needed

8) Manage client contracts

Salary: as per market standards

Requirements:

1) Finance professional with 2-4 years of experience. Experience with Start up will be added advantage
