GrowthPal - Lead - Investment Banking Sector (2-4 yrs)

GrowthPal is a seed-funded startup, founded by a strong and experienced team from IITs, IIMs, and BITS Pilani working in a digital investment banking space. We are looking for smart individuals who are ready to dirty their shoes and are interested to work in a startup culture. Someone who can learn quickly and wear multiple hats across roles. If working in fast pace startup culture excites you, this may be a role for you.

Job Description, include but is not limited to :

1) Own buy-side and sell-side mandates independently. Interact with clients, understand their requirements, lead a team of analyst and scout for companies (via our product), reach out to them and connect them with clients.

2) Own your vertical and work with product team to automate sourcing in your vertical

3) Drive profitability of your sector, help us close more clients. Assess who are the top acquirers in your sector

4) Develop relationships with both buy and sell side companies

5) Also, be open to contribute across teams and provide insights

Preferred experience :

1) 2-4 years of work experience in Investment Banking or venture firms

Salary : As per industry standards + ESOPs
